Delete your Trainer4Love account
You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription right away.
How to delete your account
- On the web: Sign in at trainer4love.com, open Profile, click Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
- In the app (Android or iPhone): Open Profile and tap Delete account.
- By email: Write to info@aba4love.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it.
We confirm by email when your account has been deleted.
What we delete
Your login, profile, study history, test results, flashcards, score reports and saved payment methods. Comments or chat messages that other users replied to stay as "[deleted]", without your name, so those conversations remain readable.
What we keep, and for how long
- A record of your request: when it was received and completed, what was deleted, and a coded form of your email address that cannot be read back. We keep it for 24 months to show that we honored your request, and then delete it.
- Payment records: past charges, invoices and refunds, kept by our payment processor (Stripe) as required by tax and financial laws.
- Print orders: the amount, date and payment reference of any printed score report you ordered, without your name or address, for accounting.
- Backup copies: deleted automatically within 35 days.
If a payment dispute or legal claim involving your account is pending, we may keep the related information until it is resolved.
